The Technology Park for the Wine Industry - VITEC
The Technology Park for the Wine Industry is located in Falset, the capital of the Priorat region. This complex seeks to boost the competitiveness and sustainability of the wine industry and the companies involved in it by placing special emphasis on the dissemination and transfer of knowledge. The VITEC technological innovation centre is already in operation at the park and a second phase will see the building of a business park which will include a business incubator and a range of spaces for ancillary industry companies and other services.
VITEC is a meeting point for research, development and innovation in the wine industry and brings together the main designations of origins, research centres, institutions and universities generating knowledge of wine growing and winemaking, all in one place.
