Ronald M. Lee has more than 30 years of research experience in electronic commerce, web-based initiatives, and formal modeling.
Since 2002, he has conducted research at Florida International University on open sourced e-learning, e-tourism, e-culture, and virtual world environments, including intelligent 'bots'. For the previous ten years, he was Director of the Erasmus University Research Institute for Decision Information Systems (Euridis), in the Netherlands. He previously held positions at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Texas, Universidad Nova de Lisboa, Portugal, and the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA), in Vienna, Austria. Lee holds a BA in Mathematics, an MBA, and a PhD in Decision Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton).
