The central building of Tecnoparc, the benchmark complex for economic promotion, opens its doors Located on the central roundabout in the technology complex, the Reus Tecnoparc building, which is now up and running, primarily aims to facilitate the activities of the companies that have set up business in the park, foster an entrepreneurial spirit in the field of technology and develop business interactions on both a national and international level. The new venue is the headquarters of different institutes and organisations active in the socio-economic sphere: the Feria Reus convention centre facilities, a Chamber of Commerce service centre, the Tecoredessa business incubator centre and an audiovisual production centre. The venue is designed to offer modular, flexible facilities of 42,500 m2, with a large 6,500 m2 area that can be divided into three independent rooms. It also features a restaurant and an underground car park with 600 spaces.

It will initially have a staff of 30 people. Other international businesses have confirmed their interest in spaces and in establishing strategic alliances with other organisations that make up the technology park. Among these are the largest pharmaceutical group in Mexico, Laboratorios Silanes; as well as one of Colombia’s largest multinational food companies, Alpina y Novus Internacional, an enterprising leader in animal nutrition and health.
